Inconel 718 Round Bar

Features of Inconel 600 Seamless Tube

Inconel 600 Seamless Tube is a nickel-chromium alloy with excellent corrosion resistance at abnormal temperatures. Similarly, when it comes to Alloy 600 Mechanical seamlessness, all the characteristics of the seamless tubes make it perfet for usages in indrustrry.

The specifications of alloy 600 pipes differ depending on the type of pipe, but for example, seamless pipes are 3.35MM to 101.6MM for welded pipes. Its specifications range from 6.35MM to 152MM and so on. Inconel 718 Round Bar is a tough, hard-wired alloy, non-magnetic, with a good blend of excellent strength, hot and cold workability, and resistance to normal corrosion procedures.

What is the Hastelloy C22 Tube?

The Hastelloy C276 Round Bar Tube is manufactured by Tarang Steel using standard quality materials. In fact, when it comes to the industrial product Hastelloy C276 Hex Bolts (UNS N06600), it is capable enough to perform that task. Different platforms that are too hot (up to 2000 ° F or higher) are great achievements for Tarang Steel. Hastelloy C276 Pipe is a nickel-chromium alloy with excellent power output and resistance to common oxidation in various elements. All of these products are manufactured in various sizes and shapes using high-quality materials, according to the requirements and instructions of the purchaser.

What is the difference between Inconel and Incoloy?

Although Inconel and Incoloy belong to the same Super Alloy family, they each have their own unique characteristics and share other characteristics. Superalloys, also known as high-performance alloys, generally offer high resistance to corrosion and oxidation, and mechanical strength at high temperatures.

The most fundamental difference between them lies in their composition. Inconel, primarily nickel-chromium, generally contains more than 50% nickel, while Incoloy, a nickel-iron-chromium alloy, has a nickel content of less than 50%.

Inconel

When heated, Inconel forms a thick but stable oxide layer that protects the exterior from further attack. This makes it ideal for extreme pressure and temperature applications where steel or aluminum yields to thermal creep. Available in different grades, Inconel alloys change in properties with only slight differences in chemistry.

In its most basic form, typical applications include the food industry and heat treated components. However, alloying with other elements can be used in the most demanding areas of the marine, aerospace, and chemical processing industries, as it enhances reinforcement and stiffness.

Incoloy

Incoloy 800 Round Bar is an ideal material for high temperature, low-valued applications because of its high iron content and low cost. Another feature is the relative ease of manufacture using the same machines and processes used for stainless steel.

This alloy comes in various grades, with a particular emphasis on resistance to aggressive forms of corrosion in aquatic environments. Although the basic form of Incoloy is widely used, additional alloys with reinforcing elements provide additional resistance to chemical and environmental corrosion and physical degradation such as pitching and surface cracking.

Its excellent resistance to seawater, brine, acid gas and high chloride environments has made it a popular choice in the oil and gas industry.
